This is what we saw when we arrived to wash this man’s house?  So what happened here?  Did the previous pressure washing company use too much pressure?  That was my first thought, but then I looked around and every single house in the entire neighborhood was doing the same thing.  We have seen plenty of damage done by improper pressure washing, but in this case, pressure washing had nothing to do with it.

After speaking with the homeowner for a few minutes I learned that this had been a long dispute with the builder.  Apparently, the trim metal used was defective from the factory and they were trying to resolve the issue and get their homes repaired.

With age all homes will experience a little bit of this same condition, but this was the worst we’ve ever seen.
